ef – a tale of melodies

The sequel to ef – a tale of memories was announced on Saturday, and will be called ef – a tale of melodies. From the title, it’s probably going to be more music orientated, or at least have music as one of the major motifs. Maybe they saw how well that direction did for Macross and decided to follow suit.

The official site http://www.ef-melo.com/ also released a 51 second long trailer.

This was actually one of the animes that made me rage due to the inconclusive and unsatisfying ending, so I’m going to be looking forward to this. Hopefully this time round they will actually tie all the loose ends up.
