Worst OP of 2008

I recently checked out the anime, Kurozuka, and I know this is a pretty big claim, but it’s got to have the worst OP of 2008. “Systematic People” by Wagdug Futuristic Unity. It’s one of the few occasions where I actually thought, “holy crap, that’s a bad song”.

Message on drugs in Clannad

The Clannad production team seems to have decide to make a contribution to society with a sequence of imagery depicting the consequences of drugs. However, it seems to be a rather confusing message involving gender bending.

Ga-rei Zero, oh no we don’t have enough material

I’m not sure what the thought process of the screenwriters were when they adapted this series, but I’m sure at some point someone stepped back and said, “eh… guys, I don’t think we have enough material for twelve episode.”

“Oh don’t worry, we’ll just air the third last episode first so no-one will remember it when the story gets there, and we can air it again under the pretext that we’re helping our memory deficient viewers.”

When nature fails… build your own… waifu

Some old news, that is new news to me because I don’t check my email enough. Canadian chemist graduate, Le Trung, dissatisfied with what mother nature and society has produced, has fashioned robotic waifu for himself. Aiko as she is affectionately called, was named after the Japanese characters for love and child. (love child… lol?) Le Trung estimates Aiko can be mass-produced for $15,000 to $17,000 USD. It brings new meaning to mail-order brides…

Simpsons is child pr0n

An Australian man has lost his appeal against child pornography charges for possessing images of the Simpsons characters having sex. Supreme Court judge, Justice Michael Adams has ruled that the cartoon depicting sex between characters from The Simpsons is child pornography. This is yet another example of how the political and judical system here makes no sense. Read the rest of the story here.

Me licking Sakrash

Yes, I was really bored. If you don’t know who Sakrash is, then you don’t deserve to know. All you need to know is, I won her for a night and there was much licking involved. ^^
